Request a takedown, correction, or anonymisation.

If something on CarItch needs to come down — your brand is mentioned in a way you find unfair, your words are quoted somewhere you'd rather not be, or a factual error needs correcting — this is the right place. We respond within 48 hours, often faster.

What we'll do

Brands: if a problem-page misrepresents your product or service, send us the URL + the specific claim you dispute. We'll review and either correct, soften, or take down within 48h.

Mentioned authors: if something you wrote has been cited or paraphrased on a CarItch page and you'd like it removed, send us the CarItch URL plus enough detail to locate the underlying record. We don't store author contact details and we already hash anonymous identifiers, so the page URL is what we need.

Editors / journalists: for factual corrections, we publish a correction note on the relevant page within 24h of accepting the request.

The specific URL you want reviewed. For broader complaints, paste any relevant CarItch URL and explain in the reason field.
